We still remember the very first time we came to Cape Coral – just like you, we arrived as guests. And from the moment we got here, we were captivated: the endless sunshine, warm weather, easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, playful dolphins, and of course, the gentle manatees.
Cape Coral is a special place. Surrounded by water, it's perfectly located for quick trips to nearby islands, beautiful beaches, and so many unforgettable experiences.
We fell in love with Florida – and especially with Cape Coral. It inspired us to follow our dream, and today, we’re fortunate to live and work in what we truly believe is the best place on earth.

Timur, one of the owners, brings his enthusiasm for Cape Coral into the business. Since spending more time in Florida, he and his wife Rebecca have developed a close connection to the area. Rebecca supports the daily operations with warmth and care. Together, they are dedicated to making each guest’s stay a truly memorable vacation—while also providing attentive and reliable support to the homeowners they represent.
You’ll also meet Talisa, Adam, and Tanja – our wonderful property management team. They look after our villas with great attention to detail and are always there when you need something, whether it’s a question, a tip, or a helping hand during your stay.

Our entire team speaks both English and German, so we’re happy to assist you in whichever language you feel most comfortable.
