One of the additional bedrooms and the guest bathroom with bathtub also provide direct access to the pool area.
The living area is bright and open, with high ceilings and direct access to the outdoor space. The integrated kitchen features a cooking island with gas stove and sink, granite countertops, and modern appliances.
The outdoor area is a central feature of the villa. The lanai offers a heated pool and hot tub, along with a dining area and gas grill for outdoor meals.
