We also offer guided boat tours – the perfect way to experience Southwest Florida from a whole new perspective.

A dream house in Florida, we were skeptical! On arrival we were positively surprised in every aspect! The house, the location, the pool and the entire interior corresponded 1:1 to the photos on the website! Everything was very clean and well maintained! We are a married couple and have traveled all over the world for decades and have seen many vacation homes, apartments and hotel rooms, but this house is awesome! Highly recommended! Very good support provided on site! We will be happy to come back!

I rarely leave reviews, but we had a great experience with Happy Cape and their agents who checked us in and also at departure! The property we stayed in was No. 42. I can't emphasize enough how well-equipped the house was with everything you could possibly need! The owner has created a truly unique experience for his guests—what a beautiful home! The pool was perfectly heated and the hot tub was a delight, the kitchen was equipped with every appliance you could ever need! This was our first time working with Happy Cape and we will definitely be working with them again in the future! I just wish this property was available sooner than 28 minutes away!! It's so cool!
